Before you can send/receive drawing files with CTS, you will need to receive a unique User ID and password from us that will give you access to a secured area on our server. Please contact CTS to obtain an FTP account. 

If you already have a username and password, follow these instructions. 

From a PC:

We recommend you use an FTP tool like FileZilla. Click here for more information and free download. You can also use other FTP tools if you wish. 

After installing the FTP tool of your choice, follow this instruction: 

Hostname:  ftp.customtoolingservices.com
Username:  (enter user name)
Password:  (enter password) 

If you wish to use the Internet Explorer browser:

Simply enter the following in the address bar: ftp://ftp.customtoolingservices.com/ 
and a popup will appear. In the popup, provide the username and password. When logged in, drop and drag files from your pc to the FTP site. 

From a MacIntosh:

Using Fetch or a similar ftp program:

Hostname:  ftp.customtoolingservices.com
Username:  (enter user name)
Password:  (enter password) 

Using the Internet Explorer browser:

Simply enter the following in the address bar: ftp://ftp.customtoolingservices.com/ 
and a popup will appear. In the popup, provide the username and password. When logged in, drop and drag files from your pc to the FTP site.
